Faten, 38, is a wife and mother of a boy and a girl. She owns a bag shop on a main street. Her brother is her partner in the project.
She was a housewife with no working experience. Her husband was a taxi driver, so she had to go to work to support her husband financially in the house needs. She decided to work in selling bags as her brother has been working in a leather factory since he was young and he is well known in leather factories, so, it will be easy for him buy products and pay the sellers later.
She started selling from her house, and now, she rents a shop in a main street for 7 years. Her brother is responsible for bringing the goods from the factories to the shop. She is responsible for managing the project in terms of finance, arranging and choosing the shapes of the bags. So, she gained experience for the whole process until selling the piece to the client.
Faten knew Al Tadamun in 2007 and took a loan that worth EGP 500 of to buy goods and sell them to neighbors and relatives, and the last loan was EGP 7,000. She prepared the shop in 2022, and during this period she received nine different loans, and she considers AlTadamun a partner in her project success.
Faten dreams of marrying her daughter and do all the preparations needed for her. She also dreams of standing beside her son in facing the challenges of life.
