Over the course of 5 months with an average of 15 training days, the modules of the advanced training program were provided to 16 trainees from different departments in Al Tadamun Microfinance Foundation.

The training included the following topics:

1) Definition of productivity

2) Goals achievement

3) Management of priorities

4) Improving productivity through communication

5) Empowering teamwork

6) Increasing team productivity

It is worth mentioning that the program is one of the latest international training programs in the world and is accredited by:

“Leadership Management International – USA”

The methodology used is different from the typical training programs where the use of audio recording of the program enables the trainee to  review the training material at convenient times. Moreover, the training includes special sessions for vocational guidance for each trainee.
