Al Tadamun Microfinance Foundation organized a ceremony honouring its employees and clients on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel. The ceremony was attended by about 160 attendees. Among the invitees was Dr. Mona Zulficar, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al Tadamun and Ms. Hanaa Al Helaly, Board Member.

The ceremony started with a speech by Reham Farouk, Al Tadamun CEO, followed by a speech by Mona Zulficar. During the event, 46 employees who have served the foundation with their efforts for 5, 10, and 15 years were awarded trophies and certificates.

Also the winning branch of the customer service competition” Abo Hammad branch, Sharkia governorates, were awarded certificates and a trophy. The Zulficar annual awards were given to 7 group loan clients and one individual loan client and eight employees. The winners were handed financial awards. The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winner of the Employee of the Year 2017 and four nominees.

All attendees also took memorable pictures with the CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees as they expressed their happiness and gratitude for the efforts of the organization.
